Client, invoicing, and payment area

We use the protected area at buchhaltung.g3dsolutions.net for proposals, contracts, invoices, payments, and ongoing collaboration. This area may process company and contact details, contract and service data, invoice items, amounts, taxes, payment status, transaction references, messages, and access and security data.

This area uses technically necessary cookies for login, security, and session management. They are required to provide the client and payment area and are not used for marketing tracking.

Payment providers, recipients, and retention period

We offer bank transfer and Paysera as payment methods. For bank transfers, the participating banks process the information required for the transaction. When paying through Paysera, the required payment data is transmitted to or entered directly with Paysera. The Paysera Privacy Policy also applies.

We receive and process information including payment status, amount, payer, payment reference, and transaction reference where required for allocation, accounting, contract performance, and legal documentation.

Data is otherwise shared with technical service providers only where necessary for hosting, email delivery, security, the client portal, invoicing, payment processing, or handling your request and business relationship. Service providers are used in accordance with applicable requirements.

Personal data is retained only for as long as required to process your request, conduct a business relationship, or comply with legal accounting, tax, retention, and documentation obligations.

No marketing tracking

The public website currently does not use analytics, advertising, or marketing tracking services. The client and payment area uses technically necessary session and security cookies.
